Warranty
General Information
In case of non-conformity of the Goods with the contract, the Buyer is entitled to exercise their rights under the Seller's warranty or the warranty granted by the manufacturer of the Goods.
Warranty claims will be processed directly by the guarantor - OasisPure Technologies Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznan at, 60-105, ul. Kopanina 28/32, 302/C. Current warranty terms are available on the guarantor's website: www.oasispure.eu.

How to Obtain Warranty Service
To file a complaint about goods, please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories (if possible) and complete the complaint form on the website www.oasispure.eu. The package should be secured before shipping in a way that enables its safe transportation.

The basis and scope of the Seller's liability towards the Buyer, if the sold Product has a physical or legal defect (warranty), are determined by generally applicable law, in particular in the Civil Code (especially in Articles 556-576 of the Civil Code).

The Seller is obliged to deliver to the Buyer the purchased Goods free from defects, as well as consistent with the actual state in terms of:
- description, type, quantity, quality, completeness and functionality;
- fitness for a particular purpose for which the consumer needs it, of which the consumer informed the Seller at the latest at the time of concluding the contract and which the Seller accepted;
- delivery with packaging, accessories and instructions, the delivery of which the consumer can reasonably expect;
- quality that the sample or model had, which the Seller made available to the consumer before concluding the contract, this quality should correspond to the description of the sample or model.
The Seller is not liable for the non-conformity of the goods with the contract if the consumer, at the latest at the time of concluding the contract, was explicitly informed that a specific feature of the goods deviates from the requirements of conformity with the contract and explicitly and separately accepted the lack of a specific feature of the goods.

and provide by the Buyer:
- information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the defect;
- request for bringing the Product into compliance with the Sales Agreement;
- and contact details of the person submitting the complaint - this will facilitate and speed up the processing of the complaint by the Seller.

The Seller will respond to the complaint request immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of its receipt, and if it does not do so within this period, it is considered that the Buyer's request has been recognized as justified.

The Buyer who exercises the rights under the warranty is obliged to deliver the defective Product to the address: OasisPure Technologies Sp. z o.o., ul. Kopanina 28/32, 302/C, 60-105 Poznan.

The Seller is liable for the non-conformity of the Goods with the contract existing at the time of its delivery and revealed within two years from that time.

If the Goods are not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may demand their repair or replacement.

If the goods are not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may make a statement of withdrawal from the contract when:
- The Seller refused to bring the Goods into conformity with the contract or did not bring them into conformity,
- the non-conformity with the contract still exists, despite the fact that the Seller tried to bring the Goods into conformity with the contract
- the non-conformity of the goods with the contract is so significant that it justifies a reduction in price or withdrawal from the contract without first using the protection measures specified in point 7,
- it clearly follows from the Seller's statement or circumstances that they will not bring the Goods into conformity with the contract within a reasonable time or without excessive inconvenience for the consumer.
The consumer cannot withdraw from the contract if the non-conformity of the Goods with the contract is insignificant.
