- Data processing β any operations performed on personal data, such as collection, recording, storage, development, modification, sharing and deletion, especially those performed in IT systems.
- Personal data β information about an identified or identifiable natural person through one or more specific factors determining physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity, including image, voice recording, contact details, location data, information contained in correspondence, information collected through recording equipment or other similar technology.
- Policy β this Personal Data Processing Policy.
- GDPR β Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- Data subject β a natural person whose personal data is processed by the Administrator.
2 Scope
- This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed by the Administrator on the website in order to enable the use of the Service's functionality, order fulfillment, marketing and improving the quality of services provided.
- The Policy also covers automatically collected data, such as data from cookies.
3 Data processing by the Administrator

The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with GDPR principles, including in particular:
- Principle of legality β data is processed only on the basis of a legal basis, e.g. performance of a contract, user consent, legal obligation.
- Principle of data minimization β only data necessary to achieve the processing purpose is collected.
- Principle of transparency β the Administrator informs about data processing at the time of collection.
- The Administrator ensures appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or damage.
- In the event of a personal data breach, the Administrator undertakes to inform the data subjects in accordance with GDPR requirements.

4 Personal data
- All personal data provided by the Customer is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The Administrator provides Customers with free access to personal data, their modification, erasure, correction and deletion.
- Access, modification, correction of personal data can be made at any time through the Customer Account after prior registration and login.
- All information regarding access, modification, correction and deletion of personal data can be obtained by the Customer by contacting via email or calling the phone number on the Site in the "contact" tab.
- The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
- Personal data is processed by the Administrator only for the purpose and to the extent entrusted to him.
5 Purposes and legal bases of processing
REGISTRATION IN THE SERVICE
- Registration in the Service β data processed for the purpose of providing services related to maintaining a user account (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Email correspondence β data processed for the purpose of responding to inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Order fulfillment β data processed for the purpose of contract performance and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
- Handling complaints β data processed for the purpose of handling complaints (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6 Period of processing Personal data
Personal data is stored for the period:
- Performance of the contract and the resulting legal obligation (e.g. accounting data β 5 years).
- In the case of consent β until it is withdrawn.
- Pursuing claims β until the claims become time-barred.
7 Data sharing

- Entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator (e.g. courier companies, IT service providers).

- Google AdWords is a tool that allows measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns carried out by the Administrator, enabling analysis of data such as keywords or the number of unique users. The Google Adwords platform also allows displaying our ads to people who have visited the Service in the past. FACEBOOK PIXELS
- Facebook Pixels is a tool that allows measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns carried out by the Administrator on the Facebook portal. The tool allows for advanced data analysis to optimize the Administrator's activities also using other tools offered by Facebook. 11 Cookie settings management
- The use of cookies to collect data through them, including gaining access to data stored on the User's device, requires obtaining the User's consent. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.
- Withdrawal of consent to the use of cookies is possible through browser settings.

12 Server logs
- Information about some Customer behaviors is logged at the server level. This data is used for administration and to ensure the most efficient service of the services provided.

- time of receipt of the order or query,
- time of sending the response,
- name of the client station (http protocol),
- information about errors (which occurred during the http transaction),
- information about the Customer's browser,
- information about the IP address.

- The above data is used only for server administration purposes.
